Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary Range: 30k to 35k
Roles:
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, client meetings, and market visits.
- Promote and sell solar solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solar products and services.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams for smooth order processing and installation.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings whenever required.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage).
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales.
- Experience in the Solar industry is preferred.
- Candidates from Metal Manufacturing or other relevant industrial sales backgrounds can also be considered.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
