About the Role
We are looking for a confident and experienced Team Leader with 4 years of experience in leading and
mentoring development teams. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example — technically
strong, an excellent communicator, and passionate about delivering high-quality products while keeping
the team motivated and productive. You will act as the bridge between management and the
development team, ensuring smooth execution of projects and continuous team growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
* Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, QA engineers, or cross-functional members
* Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and team feedback sessions
* Identify skill gaps within the team and support individual growth plans
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture
* Resolve team conflicts and escalate issues when necessary
Project Execution
* Oversee day-to-day development activities and ensure timely delivery of tasks
* Break down project requirements into actionable tasks and assign them effectively
* Monitor progress, track deadlines, and report status to project managers or stakeholders
* Ensure code quality, technical standards, and best practices are followed across the team
* Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
Technical Contribution
* Actively contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
* Perform code reviews and provide constructive, meaningful feedback
* Support team members in debugging, problem-solving, and technical challenges
* Stay updated with latest technologies and introduce improvements where applicable
* Collaborate with product, design, and backend/frontend teams for seamless delivery
Stakeholder Communication
* Communicate project status, risks, and blockers clearly to management
* Gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables
* Manage stakeholder expectations with transparency and professionalism
Required Skills
Leadership & Management
* 4 years of experience in software development with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of 4–10 members
* Strong task delegation and workload management skills
* Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
* Conflict resolution and team building abilities
Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in relevant tech stack (e.g., Angular / React / .NET / Node.js — as per domain)
* Code review and quality assurance practices
* Understanding of system design and software architecture basics
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
* Git — branching strategies, pull requests, merge management
Tools
* Project tracking tools — Jira, Asana, Trello, Plane, or similar
* Communication tools — Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
* Documentation — Confluence, Notion, or similar
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
