Territory Sales Manager
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Manage and convert qualified leads generated through marketing initiatives.
- Conduct product demonstrations of beverage machines and solutions at customer locations.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and drive successful closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless installation and customer onboarding.
Customer Retention & Consumables Sales
- Drive recurring sales of consumables, including tea bags, coffee decoctions, premixes, cups, stirrers, and related products.
- Monitor customer consumption patterns and ensure timely replenishment.
- Build strong customer relationships to maximize retention and minimize churn.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, proposals, and closures.
- Provide market insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
- Track and report sales pipeline performance and business growth metrics.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of sales experience in FMCG, Beverages, Telecom, Hospitality, HoReCa, or related industries.
- Proven track record in field sales, business development, and deal closures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, HoReCa, or corporate sales will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused professional.
- Willingness to travel extensively and engage with customers on the field.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
