Key Responsibilities
- Call and convert leads via CRM
- Book trial classes and centre visits
- Follow-ups and conversion tracking
- Assist walk-ins and batch allocation
- Coordinate with teachers and schedules
- Support the sales team with lead management and customer coordination
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare reports and manage documentation
- Coordinate internally with operations and academic teams
Key Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace
- Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support/customer support/operations
