- Trainees will be under on the job plant training for 1 year (under Apprenticeship Act,1961 and its latest amendments) at various sections of TM International Logistics Limited (TMILL).
- During the one-year training period, candidates shall be given stipend as per the Apprenticeship Act which will be shared by TMILL and Govt as per NATs guideline.
- Candidates will be registered in NATS 2.0 Apprenticeship portal.
- On successful completion of one year training, candidates will be assessed through written test and interview. Basis their performance, they will be awarded one year apprenticeship completion certificate from SNTI.
