Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Management: Research, evaluate, and select suppliers; negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms.
- Procurement Process: Generate and track purchase orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or surpluses and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Quality & Compliance: Review quality of incoming products and ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier data; prepare cost analysis reports.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (production, finance) for requirements and vendor payments
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
