Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and maintain accurate visitor records.
- Handle daily administrative and organizational tasks.
- Ensure a professional, welcoming environment for all clients and visitors.
Tasks
- Oversee the reception area and keep it tidy, organised, and presentable.
- Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors courteously.
- Answer and route phone calls to the correct team or department.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Manage basic tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and monitoring office supplies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/ BHM (Bachelor in Hospital Management)
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management
- Diploma or Degree in Aviation / Airline & Airport Management
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Telugu & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer usage
Experience
- 1–8 years of experience in front office, customer service, healthcare reception, clinic/hospital desk, wellness centre, or admin roles
- Freshers with good communication & confidence can also apply
- Experience in handling clients/patients is an added advantage
