Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage customer quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Technical Offers (TO), and commercial proposals.
- Review customer inquiries, RFQs, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Prepare datasheets, compliance statements, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers for technical clarifications and order processing.
- Provide product information and technical support to customers and sales teams.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for order execution.
- Maintain records of quotations, orders, customer communications, and project documents.
- Support tender submissions and documentation activities.
- Handle day-to-day technical back-office operations.
Required Skills
- Strong technical understanding of electrical, electronics, or engineering products.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and technical-commercial documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and datasheets.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
- 1–5 years of experience in Technical Sales Support, Back Office Engineering, Tendering, Quotations, or Customer Support.
- Experience in High Voltage Testing Equipment, Electrical Equipment, Power Industry, Transformer Industry, or related sectors will be preferred.
