About the Role
TruWalls Studio is looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction and interior project execution. The ideal candidate should have practical site experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed with quality, safety, and within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily construction and interior site activities.
* Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors, and suppliers.
* Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and project schedules.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
* Take site measurements and prepare material requirements.
* Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
* Ensure safety protocols are followed at the site.
* Prepare daily work progress reports and update the project manager.
* Resolve on-site execution issues efficiently.
* Coordinate inspections and handover activities.
Required Qualifications
* Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
* Minimum *1 year* of experience in construction and/or interior project execution.
* Good understanding of construction methods and finishing works.
* Ability to read architectural and working drawings.
* Knowledge of site measurements and quality checks.
* Strong labour and vendor management skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is an added advantage.
* Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and be willing to travel across project sites in Bangalore.
