Job Summary:
The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor labor productivity and manage workforce efficiently
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records
- Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Report project progress to senior engineers/project managers
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in construction/site supervision
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with drawings and project plans
