We are looking for a qualified HVAC Safety Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, construction, or industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
Experience Required :- Candidates must have 2–3 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, construction, or industrial safety is required. Candidates with strong professional experience at Reliance Industries will be preferred.
Qualification :-
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, construction, or industrial safety.
- Knowledge of PTW, JSA, Risk Assessment, and HSE regulations.
- Experience in site safety inspections, hazard identification, and incident investigation.
- Ability to conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and maintain safety documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or Industrial Safety certification will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong professional experience at Reliance Industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and safety regulations.
- Monitor HVAC installation and maintenance activities from a safety perspective.
- Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness training.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and contractors to improve safety performance.
- Monitor work-at-height, hot work, electrical work, and confined space activities.
- Participate in internal and external safety audits.
