Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Administrator at Macushla Sports Academy. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules and events, manage administrative tasks, maintain records, and ensure the smooth functionality of the academy. They will also liaise with staff, students, and external stakeholders to uphold high standards of service and ensure efficient communication across all levels. Additionally, the Administrator will manage budgets and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively manage daily operations and schedules. Proficiency in administrative systems, including managing records, documentation, and software relevant to office administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and external stakeholders. Familiarity with budgeting, strategic planning, and a basic understanding of financial management. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unforeseen challenges efficiently. Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred. Prior experience in an administrative role, particularly in the sports or education sector, will be an advantage. Proficiency in office productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is highly desirable.
