Job Overview
Zymo Cosmetics is seeking an experienced and strategic E-Commerce coordinator for our online business operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire D2C e-commerce ecosystem—from platform management and revenue generation to logistics coordination and customer experience enhancement. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, e-commerce platform expertise, and a proven track record in driving digital revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities
Platform & Store Management – Oversee daily operations on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.), including product listings, pricing, content, and inventory synchronization.
Content Optimization – Enhance product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility, search rankings, and conversions.
Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive KPIs such as revenue, AOV (Average Order Value), cart abandonment reduction, and conversion rate improvement.
Campaign Coordination – Work closely with digital marketing teams on SEO, PPC, email, SMS, influencer, and paid ad campaigns, ensuring data-driven execution and performance tracking.
Customer Experience – Ensure a seamless customer journey across checkout, payment, delivery, and support processes while promptly resolving customer queries and escalations.
Returns & Refund Management – Monitor return, replacement, and refund processes, analyze return trends/reasons, coordinate with operations and customer support teams, and implement corrective actions to reduce return rates and improve customer satisfaction.
Promotions & Offers – Plan, execute, and track the performance of discounts, bundles, upselling, cross-selling, and festive/promotional campaigns.
Inventory & Logistics – Coordinate with warehouses and fulfillment partners to maintain accurate stock levels, reduce stock-outs, and ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Analytics & Reporting – Utilize tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics, and marketplace dashboards to track sales performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics while generating actionable reports.
UX & Conversion Optimization – Conduct CRO audits, A/B testing, and website/app enhancements to improve user engagement, retention, and conversions.
Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to proactively adapt business strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in e-commerce management, marketplace operations, or digital sales.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and marketplace portals with strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and online marketing strategies.
Familiarity with marketing automation, user behavior, analysis tools and Knowledge of digital advertising platforms
Skilled in MS Excel and data analysis for sales and inventory tracking.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to multitask, achieve sales targets, and improve e-commerce KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
