HNT Billing Verification
Verify HNT bills and invoices thoroughly as per agreed commercial
terms, contracts, and actual operational activities.
Ensure correctness of quantity, rates, timelines, and supporting documents before processing.
Identify discrepancies, overbilling, or duplicate claims and coordinate for resolution. Rake Handling Invoice Validation
Cross-check rake handling charges with operational records and actual rake movement data.
Validate unloading/loading activities, handling quantities, manpower deployment, and agreed rates.
Maintain proper rake-wise cost tracking records for audit and analysis purposes. Secondary Transportation Cost Control
Validate secondary transportation invoices with respect to:
o Distance verification
o Quantity dispatched
o Applicable freight rates
o Duplicate billing checks
Monitor transporter-wise and route-wise freight trends for cost
optimization opportunities.
Ensure compliance with approved transportation contracts and rate structures. MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to logistics billing and freight costs. Generate variance analysis reports highlighting deviations against budgeted or approved costs.
Maintain structured records for management review and audit purposes. Coordination & Commercial Control
Coordinate closely with transporters, handling agencies, plant operations, logistics team, and accounts department for smooth invoice processing.
Support internal audits and commercial verification activities related to logistics operations.
Identify improvement areas for better operational and commercial efficiency. Desired

Education & Experience Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics / Management
MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
Industry Experience:
3 to 7 years of experience in logistics billing, freight verification, supply chain commercial operations, or transport cost control
Experience in manufacturing, fertilizer, chemical, cement, steel, or bulk logistics industry preferred
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
