- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in tender management, bid administration, or government procurement.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling, and complex data formatting).
- Portal Knowledge: Hands-on experience navigating and executing bids across various national and state-level e-tendering portals (e.g., GeM, CPP, and state procurement portals).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior, documented experience specifically managing manpower outsourcing, facility management, or labor supply tenders.
- Strong existing familiarity with compliance frameworks related to contract labor and statutory remittances (PF, ESI, minimum wages, etc.).
If you have a sharp eye for detail, thrive under tight deadlines, and have a proven track record of converting bids into wins, we would love to hear from you.
