Job Description:
Reinewelle Projects LLP is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Proposal Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Study and understand customer requirements, RFQs, tenders, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare technical submissions, compliance statements, scope of work, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Project, and Procurement teams for proposal preparation.
- Prepare BOQ, material specifications, equipment details, and project costing.
- Review tender documents and identify technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare presentations and supporting technical documents for customer discussions.
- Assist in pre-bid activities, client discussions, and technical clarifications.
- Maintain proper records of proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate and competitive proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Proposal Engineering, Tendering, Estimation, or Water & Wastewater Treatment.
- Knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, RO, MBR, UF, ZLD, and other water treatment technologies will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, estimation, and documentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
