Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny
Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure bank reconciliation and cash management
Support in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (as applicable)
Maintain proper documentation and financial records
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualification & Skills:
Semi Qualified CA
Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / Good Advanced Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience:5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts (preferred)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
