About the role:
We are hiring a BAMS / BHMS Doctor to join our dermatology and aesthetics clinic as a Clinical Assistant.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in clinical dermatology and aesthetic medicine, with hands-on exposure to advanced skin and hair treatments.
You will work closely with dermatologists across clinical procedures, patient management, and day-to-day operations, while developing a strong foundation in both medical and aesthetic practice.
As a Medical Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of patient care while gaining practical experience in dermatological and cosmetic procedures.

Key responsibilities:
Patient Consultation & Care
- Record patient history, vitals, and clinical details, and present cases to the consulting doctor
- Provide patient counselling, prescription explanation, and treatment education
- Address patient queries with clarity and professionalism
Clinic Operations & Coordination
- Support and guide nurses and therapists in daily clinical activities
- Participate in clinic operations, case discussions, and team meetings
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, and front desk
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate EMR and patient records
- Ensure all treatments and procedures are documented as per clinical standards
- Adhere strictly to medical protocols, hygiene, and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: BAMS / BHMS
- Valid medical registration with the relevant state medical council/body
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in a dermatology or cosmetology clinic will be an advantage
- Strong interest in aesthetic dermatology and clinical practice
- Ability to perform blood collection, injections, and minor clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written); knowledge of Hindi and Marathi preferred
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, EMR systems; training will be provided)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in aesthetics
- Local candidates will be preferred
Work Schedule
· Full-time role: 9 hours/day
· Weekend & public holiday working mandatory (non-negotiable)
· One weekly off (not on weekends or public holidays)
· Fixed timings (no night shifts, no emergency duties)
Other Requirements
· Must sign a confidentiality / non-disclosure agreement
· 6-month probation period with performance review
· Candidates seeking long-term career growth in dermatology & aesthetics will be preferred
· Ability to commute/relocate: Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
