Job Title

Minimum Qualification

MBA in Finance

4-6 years+ of experience

Overall Purpose/Objective

Of the job

Support the COO Malls by facilitating the business decision making process through effective data collection, analysis and generation of solutions for various business issues; review status reports and trackers to capture key highlights to keep the COO Malls updated for necessary actions.

Key Responsibilities

(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)

Review detailed MIS on business plans prepared by functions and projects and prepare summary MIS to highlight any deviations from pre-defined targets.
Attending Meetings with COO-Malls to understand the status / progress and critical aspects of the of the project and to keep track of such meetings and the progress on the minutes
Coordinate with all Center Heads to receive periodic information on the status of all Malls in the prescribed formats and submit detailed MIS report in timely manner.
Prepare detailed spreadsheets and presentation material for top management meetings
- Putting together an agenda for meetings and sharing with all prior. Writing minutes of the meetings and circulating to all concerned.
- Communicating with team members on COO�s behalf from time to time as needed.
Mall Reviews:
Studying the monthly MISs and bringing key highlights or red flag issues to my attention.
Monthly Expense and Income analysis of all malls and preparing management read summaries and financial statements
Preparing key agenda to be discussed with each mall in the quarterly review. Minutes thereafter.
Studying analysing the audit reports of all malls.
Co-ordination with Corporate teams on day to day matters: Legal, Leasing, Marketing, HR

Responding to all emails or bringing to COO- Malls attention any pending emails

- Updating corporate presentations / mall presentations and mall images folder for ready reference in my retailer / investor meetings
- Helping with preparing the scope and studying the reports thereafter:
- Customer Satisfaction at malls
- Mystery Customer study at malls
