We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our retail team in Vadodara. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect garments and accessories while delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers warmly, understand their style preferences and requirements, and provide personalized styling and fashion advice.
Sales & Targets: Actively drive sales to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets.
Merchandise Management: Keep the store floor, displays, and racks neat, organized, and properly restocked with the latest arrivals.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with ongoing fashion trends, brand collections, fabrics, and fit options to effectively guide shoppers.
Billing & Inventory: Assist with billing transactions, handle cash/digital payments accurately, and participate in regular stock audits and inventory management.
Store Operations: Maintain overall store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and opening/closing protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 0 to 2 years of retail sales experience (preferably within apparel, boutique, or fashion retail). Freshers with strong communication and a passion for fashion are welcome to apply.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Confident, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
Basic computer and billing literacy.
Passion for Fashion: A strong interest in current fashion trends, apparel styling, and customer styling.
Pay: ₹14,086.00 - ₹15,844.65 per month
