About the Role
ABS General Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Supervisor – PHE & Fire Fighting (FF) to oversee the execution, installation, and commissioning of Plumbing, Public Health Engineering (PHE), and Fire Fighting systems at project sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent site supervision skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of PHE and Fire Fighting works at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of PHE and Fire Fighting systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, and equipment at site.
- Verify work measurements and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material planning and delivery.
- Support project handover and closure activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising PHE and Fire Fighting projects.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or high-rise building projects will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PHE and Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of relevant IS Codes, NBC, and Fire Safety standards.
- Good understanding of project execution and quality control.
- Site planning and resource management skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and site compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project documentation.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
