Job Overview
We are looking for a Video Editor with 2–4 years of experience who can create engaging and high-quality video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create short-form and long-form video content tailored to different audiences.
- Add transitions, graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to add captions, motion graphics, and basic animations.
- Good understanding of audio editing and synchronization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in video editing or a related role.
- Experience editing marketing, social media, or branded content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of video editing projects.
