Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Student Counselor to guide students, understand their career goals, explain our courses, and support them throughout the admission process.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain student enquiry and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
- Build good relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam and English communication is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in student counseling, sales, or education is an advantage.
