Principal Tasks & Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with organizational objectives. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required. 2. Team Leadership & Management Lead, guide, and motivate Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Medical Representatives. Ensure effective field force productivity and performance management. Support recruitment, training, and development of the sales team. 3. Business Development Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach. Develop strong relationships with key doctors, hospitals, distributors, and channel partners. Strengthen the company’s presence in existing and new territories. 4. Sales Performance Monitoring Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities. Review sales reports and provide insights to senior management. Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability. 5. Product Promotion & Marketing Coordination Coordinate with marketing teams for effective product launches and campaigns. Ensure proper implementation of promotional strategies in the field. 6. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
