- Experience in footwear cutting and preparation processes
- Strong knowledge of material consumption and cutting efficiency
- Ability to manage cutting plans as per production schedule
- Knowledge of leather, synthetic, and fabric materials
- Ensure quality standards during cutting and preparation
- Team handling and manpower management skills
- Coordination with Production, Store, and Quality teams
- Ability to reduce wastage and improve productivity
