About the Role We are looking for experienced academic leaders who have previously headed or led academic operations at a school. This is a leadership and coordination role — not a classroom teaching position. Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 to 10 years of school teaching experience Minimum 3 years as Head Mistress, Academic Head, Senior Coordinator, or similar leadership role B.Ed qualification mandatory; M.Ed preferred
Candidates must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the target city Language Requirements by City
Patna: Hindi and English
Key Responsibilities Lead academic planning, curriculum delivery, and teaching standards Mentor and develop the teaching team through training and regular feedback Manage parent communication on academic matters Coordinate with the Franchise Manager on school operations Ensure CBSE compliance and academic quality
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
