The Branch Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool branch, ensuring the smooth functioning of academic, administrative, and admission-related activities. The role includes coordinating with teachers and support staff, managing admissions and parent communication, maintaining student and staff records, monitoring attendance and fee collection, organizing events and parent meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The Branch Coordinator also supports staff recruitment and training, oversees inventory management, and contributes to marketing initiatives to achieve enrollment and retention goals while maintaining a positive learning environment for children.
