About the Role:
We are hiring experienced engineers to work on a high-impact defence R&D project involving Artificial Intelligence, Satellite Data Processing, and Geospatial Analytics.
The role focuses on building advanced algorithms for satellite imagery, radar data (SAR), and machine learning-based detection systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop computer vision and deep learning models for detection, classification, and segmentation
- Design and implement image processing pipelines for satellite imagery (SAR, EO, multispectral)
- Perform image fusion, enhancement, and image registration
- Process and analyze SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) data
- Implement interferometry (InSAR) including phase extraction, filtering, and unwrapping
- Perform time-series analysis on geospatial datasets
- Develop and optimize machine learning models and pipelines
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
- Work with large-scale image and geospatial datasets
Required Skills
- Strong programming in Python (NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, SciPy)
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras)
- Strong understanding of Computer Vision (object detection, segmentation, feature extraction)
- Hands-on experience with object detection models (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD)
- Strong knowledge of image processing techniques (filtering, enhancement, transformation)
- Experience with satellite imagery (SAR / EO / multispectral data)
- Knowledge of image fusion techniques and image registration
- Understanding of signal processing concepts
- Experience in SAR/InSAR processing (phase extraction, filtering, unwrapping)
- Experience with GIS tools (QGIS / ArcGIS)
- Knowledge of time-series analysis and geospatial data handling
- Experience in data preprocessing, EDA, and feature engineering
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering)
- Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Remote Sensing / Geospatial analytics
- Familiarity with tools like SNAP, GDAL, GeoPandas, Rasterio
- Knowledge of Fourier transforms and spectral analysis
- Experience with tracking algorithms (DeepSORT, ByteTrack)
- Exposure to MLOps / model deployment pipelines
- Experience with GPU/CUDA optimization
- Background in defence, ISRO, DRDO, or research projects
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
