Job Title: Full Stack Developer Experience: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications (frontend + backend)
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
- Work closely with frontend teams to integrate APIs
- Optimize database queries and ensure performance
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Node.js (Express / NestJS) (must have)
- Solid understanding of API design, authentication (JWT), and backend architecture
- Strong experience in React.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
Good to Have:
- Experience with Python (FastAPI / Django)
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Familiarity with Docker / Docker Compose
- Exposure to Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, microservices architecture
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / DigitalOcean)
Expectations:
- Ability to independently build end-to-end features
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on production-level applications
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
