Looking for a self-driven well-disciplined Ex-Serviceman or Retired Defence/Military Staff as a Security Officer in a Roofing Steels and Accessories manufacturing Factory at Sulur Coimbatore TN who should be able to overall physical security and physically check the items going out with bill in each vehicle and ensure loss prevention with the help of security staff provided.
- Team leadership: Supervise and coordinate production workers, assign tasks, and monitor their performance.
- Loss Prevention: Ensure no item goes out without bill and ensure physical security of the factory.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Physically fit with good height and physique.
- Below 50 years of age
- Discipline, Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Man, Material, Management.
- Absolute Command and Control of daily activities.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex operations.
- Thorough knowledge in Administration and Operations.
