Marketing & E-Commerce Manager (B2B & B2C)

TooshModa, a premium fashion initiative under WoolGold India, is seeking a high-caliber Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale both B2B and B2C digital commerce ecosystems.
This is a strategic role for a results-oriented professional capable of driving end-to-end ownership of marketing, e-commerce performance, and digital growth, while building a strong, scalable presence across global and domestic markets.
Key Focus Areas:
- Integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategy
- E-commerce growth, conversion, and revenue optimization
- Digital brand positioning and global market expansion
- Performance marketing and lifecycle marketing
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute marketing strategies across B2B (partners, agencies, buyers) and B2C (end customers) channels
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through multi-channel campaigns
- Manage and optimize performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Oversee e-commerce operations, including product listings, merchandising, and customer journey optimization
- Build and manage CRM and automation systems to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value
- Develop SEO and content strategies to strengthen organic visibility and authority
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints
- Analyze data, generate insights, and implement strategies to maximize ROI and scalability
- Identify and expand new growth opportunities across domestic and international markets
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, e-commerce, or growth roles
- Proven success in scaling online revenue and international markets
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM, analytics, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience in fashion, textiles, manufacturing, or premium consumer goods is preferred
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and data-driven decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership and drive outcomes independently
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
