Role overview
Front Office Executives are the first point of contact at the corporate office, responsible for managing the reception area, guest flow, and basic administrative support. They ensure a professional, courteous, and efficient front‑desk experience for visitors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key job responsibilities1. Visitor and guest management
- Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Verify visitor details, maintain visitor log, issue visitor passes, and inform concerned departments.
2. Call and communication handling
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls to the respective departments/persons.
- Take accurate messages, follow up on urgent calls, and ensure smooth communication flow.
3. Front‑desk and office upkeep
- Keep the reception and common areas neat, presentable, and well‑stocked with basic stationery, visitor information, etc.
- Ensure basic security and discipline at the entry point by following company access and visitor protocols.
4. Mail, courier, and documentation
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier, and courier packages to relevant departments.
- Assist in preparing and dispatching outgoing courier, files, and important documents as directed.
5. Administrative and clerical support
- Assist in basic data entry, filing, photocopying, and organizing office records.
- Support office events, meetings, and visitor hosting by arranging seating, passes, and basic logistics.
6. Coordination and escalation
- Coordinate with Admin, HR, and Facility teams for amenities, passes, and visitor‑related issues.
- Report any irregular or urgent incidents (security, complaints, delays) to the concerned manager promptly
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
