Job Summary:
The Assistant Professor in Computer Science is responsible for delivering quality education to undergraduate , guiding academic activities, supporting research initiatives, and contributing to the overall development of the department and institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Computer Science subjects as per university syllabus and academic regulations.
- Conduct lectures, practical sessions, seminars, and student assessments.
- Maintain student attendance, internal marks, and academic records.
- Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings.
- Support NAAC, IQAC, NBA, and other accreditation-related documentation.
- Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and technical events.
- Encourage students in placements, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
- Perform examination duties, mentoring, and administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
- Maintain discipline and uphold institutional values and policies.
Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology with minimum percentage as per UGC norms.
- NET / SET qualification preferred.
- Ph.D. in relevant field is desirable.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
