Position Title: Assistant Manager - Site / Site Incharge
Qualification: Degree in Electrical/ E&I/ EEE
Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in Electrical & Controls under Service, Operation & Maintenance field as Site In-charge in Airport/ Experience in Customer relationship
Location: SJK - Navi Mumbai International Airport
Position Summary:
Responsible for day to day operation, trouble shooting, repairing and Periodical servicing of Machines and ensures for effective performance and with utmost customer satisfaction at the Site. Also responsible for supervising and assisting Service Engineers and Technicians.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Leads, supervises and coordinates site activities in order to deliver projects on time and according to specifications.
· Leads, coaches and motivates staff, leading to high commitment in assigned tasks.
· Shapes the local site team in a way that ensures the set objectives are met, and according to the safety and health regulations.
· Acts as primary contact with customers and factory team to ensure the work progresses according to plan
· Support breakdown and ensures quick resumption of operation.
· Manages spares, stock at site and prepare necessary documentation.
· Reports to the Site Manager/Project Manager and gives ongoing feedback to Factory/HQ.
· Ensures that the conditions, shift team and work hours are aligned as per the requirement.
· Arranging training for Engineers, Technicians and Helpers on regular intervals.
Installation, Commissioning & Handover:
· Responsible for complete coordination, Installation preparedness, site readiness, Installation, testing, commissioning and Handover with proper documentation.
· Responsible for executing the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) report and review the same with the customer during handing over.
Operations & Maintenance:
· Responsible for the day to day operations of the ITRS Machine like daily reports, attending meetings, etc…
- Responsible for preparation and execution of planned and scheduled maintenance.
- Responsible for supervising the engineers and staffs, allocate manpower for shifts and manage site team for efficient operation.
- Responsible for responding to breakdowns.
- Ensure proper diagnosis of faults and repairing of equipment.
· Responsible for troubleshooting the problems related to operations of the machine.
· Responsible to act as a custodian for the tools available at the site.
· Responsible to train customers, Security personnel as per the training materials.
· Responsible for training internal team members, new joiners.
· Responsible for managing the spare requirements, stock availability and ensure handover of required Spare parts with proper documentation.
- Responsible for obtaining required components, spares, fixtures or fittings.
- Responsible for safe operation of the ITRS machine.
- Responsible for Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets
- Responsible for maintaining statistical records, warranty documents and financial records.
- Responsible for coordination on processing of Invoice and document submissions.
· Responsible for submission MIS on time.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
