Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire enterprise customers in the IT networking domain.
- Promote and sell IT networking products and solutions, including Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, and Data Center solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, system integrators, channel partners, and OEMs.
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable IT infrastructure and networking solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial negotiations, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and presales teams for solution design and customer presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT Networking Products and Solutions.
- Hands-on experience in selling:
- Routing & Switching Solutions
- Wireless Networking Solutions
- Network Security Solutions
- Structured Cabling Solutions
- Data Center Infrastructure Solutions
- Firewall and UTM Solutions
- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in enterprise sales, channel sales, and account management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Preferred Product Knowledge
Experience with products from companies such as:
- Cisco Systems
- Aruba Networks
- Fortinet
- Juniper Networks
- Dell Technologies
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
Compensation
Salary: Best in Industry + Attractive Incentives + Performance-Based Growth Opportunities.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
