Job Title: Career Counsellor
Location: One World International School (OWIS), Sarjapur
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group career counselling to students, helping them identify their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Guide students on subject selections, career pathways, higher education options, and university admissions.
- Assist students in preparing university applications, personal statements, resumes, and interview preparations.
- Organize career fairs, university visits, workshops, and career awareness programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry professionals, and external stakeholders.
- Keep students and parents informed about admission requirements, scholarships, and emerging career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student counselling sessions and university application outcomes.
- Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and parents to support students' academic and career goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Career Guidance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in career counselling, preferably in an international school setting.
- Strong knowledge of global university admissions processes, particularly in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and other major study destinations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with IB, Cambridge, or international curricula will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
