Location: Cochin / Calicut, Kerala (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in corporate relations, campus placements, HR recruitment, or business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Network & Tie-ups: Proactively connect with HR departments, talent acquisition heads, and industry leaders to invite companies for campus placements, pool drives, and internships.
- Placement Execution: End-to-end management of campus placement drives, including scheduling, logistics, student mapping, and post-selection tracking.
- Student Readiness & Training: Coordinate with faculty and external trainers to organize mock interviews, resume-building workshops, aptitude tests, and soft skills training to improve student employability.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date data on student profiles, academic performance, and placement status, alongside a robust CRM of corporate contacts.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry hiring trends, emerging skill demands, and salary benchmarks to advise internal teams on curriculum alignment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven track record in educational placements or agency/corporate recruitment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam to confidently pitch to corporate leaders and guide students.
- Networking Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic placement management software or CRMs.
