Compliance Manager position:
-
Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, legal, regulatory, and client requirements.

Monitor statutory licenses, registrations, renewals, and approvals and ensure timely compliance.

Maintain and update the statutory compliance tracker and ensure closure of all pending actions.

Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, auditors, and other external agencies as required.

Conduct periodic compliance audits and inspections and identify gaps/non-conformities.

Ensure timely closure of audit observations and maintain proper supporting documentation.

Monitor contractor/vendor compliance, including statutory documents, manpower records, licenses, and other mandatory requirements.

Ensure compliance related to labour laws, wages, PF, ESI, minimum wages, contract labour, and other applicable requirements.

Prepare and submit statutory returns, reports, and compliance documents within the prescribed timelines.

Maintain proper records and evidence for all statutory and client audits.

Coordinate with internal departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Provide regular compliance status reports to management, highlighting critical gaps, risks, and overdue actions.

Support management during external audits, inspections, and statutory authority visits.

Ensure effective communication of changes in applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements to concerned departments.

Escalate critical compliance risks and non-compliances to management immediately.
The Compliance Manager shall be responsible for ensuring 100% statutory compliance, timely closure of observations, proper documentation, and continuous monitoring of compliance risk
