PKF Newcastle – Client Service Administrator
Talent Formula (http://www.talentformula.co) is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We currently have a Client Service Administrator position available in our PKF Newcastle Business Advisory Services and Taxation team. They require this person to join their team as part of their offshore growth strategy.
PKF Newcastle is an award-winning practice located about 2 hours' drive north of Sydney. PKF Newcastle is part of the PKF International Network which consists of firms with offices in 440 cities and150 countries worldwide. The PKF NBAS team currently employees 9 staff members here at Talent Formula. The role will entail ensuring tasks and deliverables are met on a daily basis in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
About the role:
- We are looking for a motivated and reliable administration professional to join our Business Services team on a full-time basis.
- Support to Leaders and staff in the Business Advisory and Tax division
- Collation of Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements, along with various other correspondence to clients
- Put together all documents as required per client.
- Preparation of client invoices and other documents associated with month-end Corporate compliance such as downloading and sending out Company Statements, preparation and lodgments of ASIC forms
- Contribute to the efficient management of the Administration Team
Skills, attributes and competencies required:

At least 2 years' experience in a similar office admin role preferred

Experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred

Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner

Capable of solving day-to-day problems effectively

Ability to plan and organise

Confident in using various technologies to contribute to an efficient workplace and interested in learning new platforms

Admin role: Repetitive work, pulling financial statements, taking care of billing,

Ability to communicate with colleagues in a professional manner

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes

Good organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
