Job Summary
We are hiring a Pre-Sales Costing Executive to support our back-office operations for LAN system integration tenders, especially for PSU shipyards. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring full compliance with government tender norms.
Responsibilities
- Analyze PSU shipyard RFPs/RFQs and extract technical/commercial requirements
- Prepare detailed BOMs and costing sheets for LAN infrastructure (switches, routers, racks, cabling)
- Coordinate with OEMs/distributors for quotations, datasheets, and warranty terms
- Collaborate to finalize bid strategy.
Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Electronics, or related field
Experience: 3–6 years in pre-sales or costing for IT/networking projects
Skills: LAN/WAN components, Excel costing models, vendor negotiation
Tools: MS Excel (advanced), GEM portal
Preferred Background:
- Experience with PSU or defense tenders (e.g., GRSE )
