About the role:
The Data Quality Analyst role will work alongside colleagues in Europe, India and Singapore on major Brand Equity tracking projects for a global client covering multiple Therapy Areas across a number of international markets. The position will report into the Program Data Manager, based in the UK, with direct colleagues in analytics based in India and the UK. This is a high profile client and project for our business, providing a platform for the project team to have a significant impact on the client's brand strategies.
The role will involve working with our Research project teams, the Data Management & Dashboards team and with analytics experts to investigate and check data across multiple workstreams for our major tracking programs, primarily using Python.

Your primary role:
As Data Quality Analyst, you will support the Program Data Manager to ensure data quality and consistency throughout the reporting cycle on our Major Tracking programs. You will also support with advising the Research project teams and Data Management & Dashboard teams based in Europe, India and Singapore.
- Python (3 to 6 years) experience for data processing, automation, and pipeline support
- Experience managing end-to-end data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, storage, outputs)
- Strong SQL skills using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL
- Experience with data modelling and working with data marts / warehouses to support dashboard performance.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Ability to support dashboard population, maintenance, and data validation
- Exposure to cloud-based data processing environments (AWS or Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with version control and structured deployment processes
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership and accountability for end-to-end data delivery
- High attention to detail with a strong data quality mindset
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and Comfortable working in global, cross-functional teams

This is a full-time role and is available in a hybrid pattern, based at our fantastic Inizio Advisory location in Gurugram. This role's working hours will be 13:30 to 22:30 from Monday to Thursday and 11:30 to 20:30 on Friday.
