We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Inbound Sales Executives to join our growing international sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers located in the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada, understanding their requirements, answering their queries, recommending suitable services, and converting enquiries into successful sales.
This is a 100% inbound sales process, where customers contact us directly through phone calls after searching for our services online. No cold calling or outbound calling is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers based in the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and service benefits clearly and professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and objections effectively.
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Follow company sales scripts, policies, and quality standards.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain complete records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments whenever necessary to ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow up with interested customers when required.
- Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Performance Expectations
This role is performance-oriented.
Every Sales Executive will be assigned:

- Experience in International Voice Process, Inbound Sales, Customer Support, Tele Sales, Travel Sales, Educational Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or Service Sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
