Interior Xpression is a dynamic interior product–based company specializing in providing high-quality product. We focus on delivering functional, durable, and aesthetically appealing products along with seamless customer experience from selection to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage warehouse staff and ensure discipline, efficiency, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Maintain accurate stock records and monitor all inventory movements.
- Ensure proper preparation and management of dispatch documents such as challans, invoices, and e-way bills.
- Track shipments regularly and resolve any delivery-related issues on priority.
- Supervise loading, unloading, packaging, and safe handling of all materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (Logistics or Supply Chain preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Good understanding of stock management and documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel and inventory systems).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Strong knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and inventory management.
- Good coordination, communication, and team handling skills.
