Role Overview
We are looking for an Agentforce Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents on the Salesforce platform. The role focuses on implementing agentic AI solutions that combine data, actions, and workflows to enhance customer and employee experiences.

- Design and develop Agentforce AI agents using Topics, Actions, Prompts, and orchestration flows [JD_Agentfo..._Architect | Word]
- Build and configure agent workflows using Flows, Apex, and integrations
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging Data Cloud and enterprise data [JD_Agentfo..._Architect | Word]
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds and external systems via APIs
- Define and implement agent guardrails, security, and governance controls
- Develop reusable components and accelerators for agent development
- Optimize agent performance including response accuracy, latency, and decision-making logic
- Collaborate with business teams for use-case discovery, prototyping, and production rollout
- Support testing, debugging, and deployment of AI agents across environments
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI capabilities and frameworks

- 4–8 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in:

o AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, embeddings)
o Data Cloud integration for contextual responses
- Experience in Agile and DevOps practices
