Key Responsibilities / Tasks / Activities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily QC activities, including inspections, testing, and audits.
- Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality incidents and implement preventative measures
- Document and report quality findings and maintain accurate records.
- Train and educate operators on quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct regular supplier audits to improve on time performance and quality of materials
Assist with the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including work instructions and inspection reports
- Perform thorough inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and report any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from established specifications
- Monitor and analyse product and process data to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Participate in the development and implementation of corrective actions to address quality issues
- Support the maintenance and calibration of quality inspection equipment
- Create and maintain necessary documentation for ease in retrieval
