Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, lead generation, client handling, and business growth activities.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, and helping the company achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead conversion
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- 1 + years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Digital marketing or IT sales knowledge is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
