Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities across project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects within established timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with construction standards.
- Review construction drawings, technical documents, and project requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate material procurement, equipment allocation, and resource planning.
- Identify project risks, site challenges, and delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and government authorities when required.
- Monitor project costs and resource utilization to ensure budget compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in construction supervision, site management, or project execution.
- Proven experience in handling residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
