Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Busbar Machine Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating specialized machinery to punch, bend, and cut copper/aluminum busbars according to engineering drawings for our electrical panel boards.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Busbar Machine Operator or in a similar metal fabrication role.
- Education: ITI in Fitter, Machinist, or a related technical trade is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy metal materials safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC or hydraulic busbar processing machines for punching, bending, and shearing.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and CAD specifications to ensure precise hole placement and bending angles.
