Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Faculty member to instruct and guide students in both theoretical concepts and practical accounting applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual accounting, taxation, and modern accounting software, with a passion for teaching and student development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive lectures on manual accounting, financial accounting, and taxation (GST, Income Tax).
- Provide hands-on training for leading accounting software, including Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
- Develop, evaluate, and update course materials, lesson plans, and practical assignments to align with current industry standards.
- Conduct periodic assessments, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students through practical case studies and real-world financial scenarios.
- Maintain a disciplined, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter.
- Experience: Minimum [1-2] years of experience in teaching/training or hands-on experience as an Accountant.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, GST filing, and MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Malayalam and English.
- Attribute: A genuine interest in mentoring students and helping them achieve their career goals.
