Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Technical Commercial Marketing professional to lead business development, techno-commercial activities, and strategic customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling government and private sector clients, preparing techno-commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth in the Railway, Defence, Steel, or allied manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and pursue opportunities in the Railway, Defence, Steel, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
Prepare and review techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and bid documents.
Manage the complete commercial cycle from enquiry to order finalization.
Coordinate with engineering, production, purchase, and finance teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government organizations, PSUs, EPC contractors, OEMs, and key customers.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and order closures.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and statutory requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, MIS, and management presentations.
Represent the company during customer meetings, exhibitions, technical discussions, and industry events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) preferred.
MBA in Marketing or a related field will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in Technical Commercial Marketing or Business Development.
Proven experience in Railways, Defence, Steel, Heavy Engineering, or Industrial Manufacturing industries is mandatory.
Strong understanding of techno-commercial documentation, tendering processes, and contract management.
Experience working with government organizations, PSUs, OEMs, and EPC contractors will be preferred.
